Science Fiction Book Review

The Illustrated Man

The Illustrated Man (1951/2002) Ray Bradbury, Voyager Classics, 8.99, pbk, 239pp, ISBN 0-00-712774-X

Excellent collection of sixteen stories from veteran Bradbury. A few of these were adapted for the film starring Rod Steiger; all of them have been reprinted (some many times) in subsequent collections. This is the 37th (if memory serves) of the Voyager Classics reprints, which series had already republished Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 and The Martian Chronicles, along with titles from Asimov, Clarke, Dick, Gibson, Lovecraft and Barker. A recommended list to peruse.
